Returns and Exchanges

It is important that you are happy with your purchase. I am unable to offer a return or refund once the image has been printed so please choose carefully. I do, however, offer a replacement if the print is faulty, damaged or is lost during delivery. 

Care should be taken in handling your prints. They are delicate in nature and it is advisable to leave the unwrapping of prints to your professional framer. Do not touch the print surface as this may damage the ink.

Please email us within seven days of receiving your order to discuss any concerns you may have so we can arrange a replacement.
